NEW FRESHMAN BAND PARENT ORIENTATION |
During the Marching Band Kick-Off Rehearsal on Tuesday, May 13th, band boosters will be hosting a meet
and greet in the band hallway starting at 6:00 PM. At 6:45 PM we will move into the auditorium for a short band orientation program where
important information will be shared concerning marching season. Please contact Carmen Stilger @

May 17th - FLOWER SALE @ Highlander Point (by American Family Insurance) |
- 8:00 AM - ?
- Flats - $15.00
- Baskets - $15.00
- 6 - 8 Workers needed to unload flowers and handle sales.

June 14th - YARD SALE @ Highlander Point (Grassy area next to Jay-C) |
- 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Each student donates 15+ items. Donations must be priced, brought to the sale and dropped off from
7:30 - 8:30 AM and distributed onto the tables. Donations can not be collected on Thurs. & Fri. this year
since FC is being closed for the summer.
- Workers (students & adults) are needed to haul & set-up tables, handle drop-offs, sales, take leftover
items to Goodwill and to make large signs.

***MARKET DAY*** |
Market Day provides the band with a steady fundraiser. Market Day has been in operation since 1975 and
has grown to include thousands of groups just like ours. Each month, restaurant-quality food products, from the same vendors that supply
many upscale restaurants, will be available for purchase. Market Day products are competitively priced and the Band Boosters will earn
profit on your purchases. |
Forms are available online at www.marketday.com or in the Band Room. Orders entered online may be paid
with a credit card if you choose. You may also phone in your order to Angela Bowman @ 951-3584/502-641-7294 or Carmen Stilger at 951-2468.
Please call before 12 p.m. noon on Saturday, May 17th to place an order. Pick up will be on Thursday, May 22nd from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Orders that are paid for at the sale must be paid by cash or check. If you have any questions, please call Angela. |
